This company is horrible. The have violated CPNI regulations by providing address, phone number, last four of social before trying to verify who I was. Needless to say after not giving any information to that agent she hung up. So I called back and a so call supervisor was on the line. When asked why the agents there are not following FCC laws and regulations he stated that "all the information given was public and that none of it could be."
