Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A request was made after the initial complaint for someone to come to the residence to let us know what was being done wrong and to date no one has contacted myself or [redacted] ( my fiancé) to schedule a visit to show us where the edging was not done You cannot fix a problem if you do not know where the problem isI would like someone from the H.OA to come out to the residence and show us where the property is not edged We will go to every residence in the development and also the entrance of the development where the H.O.A is responsible for I show me where my property is NOT edged like everyone else The is no grass on the sidewalk as was statedI would like to know who does these inspections and if my property is the only one being singled out I have seen several lawns in the development where the grass is not even cut much less edged Do they send letters out to these residences also? My lawn is cut and maintained at least once per week and if a H.O.A representative came to do an inspection, why didn't that person ring the door bell at that time to point out where the standard of edging was not met? What they want to do is send out threating letters and fines instead of addressing the situation in person At this point and time I am truly fed up with the letters and I will seek legal assistance to get this harassment and discrimination from the H.O.A stopped Regards, [redacted] ***
