Divers Academy International

Review: On January 2013, I enrolled in the Divers Academy as I was very interested to become a underwater diver for my career. I immediately applied for a loan. The cost of the school was $24,000.00 which I was approved for the loan. I went to school everyday for over 30 days and was doing fine. Until one day in April I was under water and no air was in my tank and I was ever so scared for my life. I suffered with extreme anxiety and I thought I was going to die under the water.. My Teacher/Leader did not respond to me, so I came up above the water and was very distressed. I left the school and went to my doctors. I was unable to complete the training due to the negligence and safety of the teacher and the school. The school kept all my money and now I am repaying the loan (balance as of today is $17,000.). The school told me I was forced to pay the loan since I completed over a certain percent of the 4 months of schooling.Desired Settlement: I strongly feel that the school should reimburse me some of my funds since my course of education was not completed at all. . I did not receive any of the certifications. So therefore the Divers Academy was paid $24,000.00 by me and I did not get any knowledge or certifications from them. I beleive they stole $24,000.00 from a person trying to succeed.

I would greatly appreciate to help me collect some of my funds back.
