said, upon receiving the initial customer complaint, we did contact the manufacture directly to verify fitment on the part. In cases such as this, we like to do all research necessary to ensure our information is up to date and accurate at all times. Despite customer claims, all information given to us by the manufacture indicates the part in question is in fact fitted for the customers application. Although it goes against our company policy, in an attempt to better serve the customer and retain them as one of our valuable customers, we did issue the customer a refund as requested. It is our hope that the customer finds our action on this as satisfactory and up to expectation. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.
