I ordered 14 wooden cut out shapes from diverse woodworking. I only received one shape in the mail. When I emailed the company about the partial order, and that I was curious as to where the rest of my order might be, I was told that they sent my complete order, and that they were not going to send the other 13 cutout shapes. They also weren't going to give me a refund because the tracking on the package from the United States Postal Service showed that I had received a package from them. Which is true, I did receive a package, but it was a partial order. Bad customer service!! They claimed they filled my entire order which is false. They told me they aren't going to send me the rest of my order and that they aren't going to send me a refund. Completely unacceptable!
Ms. stated that she only received one item but per our records all of her items were sent out. We considered that there might have been a mix up of orders but after checking there was only one other person the same day that ordered a moose but it was a 6" size.
Ms. received the package on Monday September 25th and threw the box out the same day, She did not contact us until September 27th regarding the issue. For our records we ask for pictures of the items received and pictures of the box to see if it was damaged.
Since we were not able to receive the pictures and the customer did not contact us until 2 days after they received it and our shipping records show her package weighed 6lbs. 7 oz., telling us that the entire order was shipped, we are unable to send out another shipment.

I received one cutout in the mail. I could not send them a picture of the box because I had already thrown it away ( I had no idea that a picture of the box would make or break this dilemma!). I did send them a picture of the cutout that I received. I waited two days to contact them because I thought that the rest of my order would be sent separately. I waited a few days to see if that was the case. When I contacted them they told me that I should have received my whole order in one box. There is no way that my entire order of 14 shapes could've been contained in this little bitty box that they sent me. The more I think about this, the more I feel like they just sent me the wrong order. They really have not given me any explanation as to why this mistake occurred! Only, that I am lying to them and trying to pull something dishonest! I am not doing that! I would so much rather have my entire order then have a refund, but I will except anything! I've never heard of a business not honoring in order! Thirteen of the shapes that I ordered were 12 inches in size. The only one that I received is the 18" moose. I ordered all of the shapes off of *** not eBay as you mistakenly alluded to. I really feel like you guys don't know what you're doing!

Consumer has also filed a claim with ***, who resolved it without further action needed. Ms. Consumer then opened a chargeback claim with her credit card company.
