I was unable to lock my front door and Calgary Lock was out within the hourAdam was knowledgeable and courteous and educated me on how to maintain my lockI would highly recommend Adam and Calgary Lock and Safe!

He was made fully aware of what style plug the sauna he purchased needed. The salesperson assured me of that, and when speaking with the customer he told me that he knew the plug was a 20amp plug. It is also marked on his sales agreement that he reviewed and signed. So this... complaint is starting off in a complete lie. I will always try to work with my customers. He knew what plug he needed, purchased the unit, then never cancelled the unit. Our policy is that the down payment is non refundable. I offered to change the unit to a 15amp unit (instead of a 20amp) and he just kept saying he wanted his money back. I once again informed him of the policy, which is clearly printed on his sales agreement, and that was not acceptable to him. I have tried to rectify the situation with the customer, only to be yelled at and insulted. His statement to me was that he knew what electric was needed (obviously, or he wouldn't have called an electrician to his house to change his outlet), and that the electric quote was too hight so he wanted to cancel. I agree the price he was quoted seemed very high, and that he should probably have another quote done. At this point his order is standing as is, until I hear from him how to proceed.

Per the sales agreement and state law, there is a day right to cancel The agreement was not cancelled within the day time frame, nor did we ever receive any cancellation I would never ask anyone for their medical records, nor would I act like I knew more then any doctor, or
question someones stated medical claims During the phone conversation with her, no matter what I said, she twisted to make it sound different then what I was really saying, which is even more evident by reading this complaint Most of what she is stating that I said to her is a complete LIE! She did say "just give me my money back, you will be out nothing", in which I responded that there was commissions paid, credit card charges, and that the sauna was being stored with her name on it for the delivery Further more the conversation was never completed because she hung up on me I have been in business a very long time with a great reputation, customer service, and Revdex.com rating, and this obviously could not be done with treating customers the way she is stating that I treated her Due to the fats above, I will not offer or allow a refund

The contract to which MrS*** refers
was dated September 12, 2014, and required Diversified Contracting to
complete our project within 10-months (see contract attached)The
maximum 12-month period has ended and Diversified is less than 40%
complete (as estimated by *** *** ***., a third-party
construction manager)MrS*** seems to have ignored his
contractual responsibility and has indicated that he may delay our
project for another 12-months
Additionally, MrS*** has taken large
payments in advance ($240,530) and has not followed NYS law that
requires these advance payments be placed in a trust or escrow
accountAs estimated by *** ***, these payments are
significantly in excess of the actual work performed to date; and Mr
S*** has claimed to have none of these funds remaining
We have significant concerns regarding
when our project will be completed and the quality of any final
