I am rejecting this response because: 1. Our dental assistant emailed the company on August 3rd...
2016: "I will send three hand pieces by tmw.. Please check it and quote. How much to fix it? Thanks. 2. We then placed each hand piece in a SECURE sterilizer envelope WITH a repair input form, which included the serial numbers of ALL THREE hand pieces. 3. The three sterilizer envelopes, containing the hand pieces were then placed in a SECURELY SEALED packaging envelope and shipped to Diversified DenTool. 4. Even if Mr. [redacted] did not misplace the hand pieces and they were absurdly lost in the mail. Upon receiving the ONE hand piece, which oddly safely made it... WHY were we never contacted!?? 5. Mr. [redacted] said in a phone call on September 15, 2016 that he would replace the two hand pieces (of the same quality) and take responsibility for misplacing our hand pieces. 6. After this conversation, Mr. [redacted] was unreachable, he disappeared and never responded to our MANY emails and phone conversations. If you run a business, follow through on your word and your resolution Mr. [redacted]! Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional!
