Our customers signal received depends on "line of sight." The antenna at their home must be able to see our transmitting...
antenna. They have very good signal strength. Their daily usage is well above average of what the majority of our customers use. They seem to have intermittent availabilty and we answer their calls and do what we can to resolve the complaint. We are currently working on a total upgrade of our system which will hopefully provide better and more consistent delivery of our service. I will be incorporating another tower and new more powerful antennas this summer. We have often taken care of virus laden computers for them. Viruses can either slow a computer or make it totally non funtional. We have not ignored their complaint and we are working full speed to resolve this issue.
