Diversified Recovery Bureau LLC is again, a third party collection agency. We service two (2) accounts in regard to the consumer on behalf of our client, Plaza Services, the owner ?? f the accounts. Upon our conversation with the consumer on 09/18/17, the account was noted as "refusal - cease calls" per the consumer request. We have closed the accounts and have returned them to our client. diversified Recovery Bureau has NO affiliation with any other 3rd party collection agency in general, and specifically with a company known as "[redacted]" or any company located at the address provided by the consumer. Our company would not be able to address the consumers concerns or reasonably detail an explanation to or answer for another entity. Diversified Recovery Bureau LLC has NEVER provided the consumer with an excel sheet nor would we provide an excel sheet with consumer information. to assist the consumer, The Company would suggest that the consumer condct the original creditor and follow the chain of ownership of the debt in question. In addition, perhaps the consumer, with the assistance of the Revdex.com and the historical data the Agency has compiled on?? collection agency at the address of [redacted], NY, should be able to verify that they are in fact a separate entity from Diversified Recovery Bureau LLC and that there are no affiliations between the two entities.In response-to-the consumer's request,-a "cease calls" was-noted on 09/18/17, and the account was closed and returned to our client. The consumer has not, nor will receive ny further calls from The Company in regards to this matter.

However, The Company has no association with a company called "[redacted]" or an address on [redacted]. Per a quifk google search, a company called [redacted] Movement Recovery (FMR), is listed as a/collection agency at that address. Of note, FMR has a 1 star rating and 42 reviews through the Revdex.com. Diversified Recovery Bureau LLC has no affiliation or familiarity with FMR, and believes if the consumer is receiving calls or attempted r contact from FMR, it is for a separate matter and the consumer is confusing the calls as coming from the same company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I asked for proof of the debt mailed to me which is my right under the law. They have not sent me any proof that they are trying to collect a valid debt. They could not even give me the date of the debt. I want proof of debt mailed to me. The other company that they claim to have "no affiliation " with is also trying to collect a debt for "Cash Central" from 2008. They too could not provide any proof of debt other than an excel spreadsheet with my name on it. Anyone can make an excel spreadsheet. I will not accept their resolution unless they can prove they where trying to collect a valid debt.
