This complaint is ludicrous and and holds no validity
I am rejecting this response because:The contractor offered no suggestions or resolution.
The contractors response is concerning but not surprising, given his track record of dishonesty in conjunction with his citations...
on the California State License Board website. His pending disciplinary action further shows his track record for dishonesty. He has not offered any steps to resolve the issue and remains defiant, despite a plethora of evidence. For example, Diversified still has the smaller and less expensive IC40 chlorine generator installed, instead of the contracted IC60. I don't know how Diversified can say my claims are ludicrous and without merit when anyone can come to the project and physically see the many issues.
