They called later the same day of installment to make sure everything was working properly for her. She stated that the standard heating temperature of the water heater was not hot enough for her. I needed my garbage disposal replaced, I called Diversified Plumbing, since they had a team already in Marshall they could get to me on their way back to Longview. The guys arrived promptly, were very courteous, clean, well mannered, very knowledgeable, worked conjointly, just all around great service. They cleaned up when they were finished and removed the old unit and parts when they left, and everything was returned to its original place under the sink, and the bill was a couple of dollars less than I was told it would be. I will be using them again to do some bathroom remodeling.
