Hard to work with, incompetent, incomplete orders, underwelming product, unethical, sometimes will take your money and not deliver

I placed order [redacted] on December 15th and paid for faster shipping I got an email on the same day saying XL were out of stock and would be in by Friday the 19th or Monday the 22ndI've left voicemails and emails asking for a status since then and explained in each one that I had a big event TODAY (Jan 5th) that I needed the shirts forStill no one has contacted meSome common courtesy in customer service would be appreciatedAt this point, I just want my money back and will get the shirts from your competitors...which I would have done had I known this is how I would be treatedHolidays or not, a simple email response with a status would have gone a long wayI would not recommend this business and I will not use them againNow, how long will it take to get my money back?

My experience with this company has been truly terribleAs of today it has been one whole month since I place my order for one custom morale patchThey claim that "[s]tandard manufacturing turnaround time for custom patches and tactical tees is 5-business days" and that "[m]ost orders ship around business days"I payed dollars for that one custom morale patch and the have not shipped it to meI have called their supplied phone number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) three and they have not responded to eitherI have sent them six emails and they only responded to one claiming, and I quote...(There is a manufacturing time of upto busienss days for all custom ordersMore orders ship faster than this (5-8) but we are a few days behindYour order should ship by FridayA tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it ships.) They sent that email on the 3rd of June and it is the 13thHorrible Business

I've left 3 voicemails and 3 emails asking for a status since then and explained in each one that I had a big event TODAY (Jan 5th) that I needed the shirts for. Still no one has contacted me. Some common courtesy in customer service would be appreciated. At this point, I just want my money back and will get the shirts from your competitors...which I would have done had I known this is how I would be treated. Holidays or not, a simple email response with a status would have gone a long way. I would not recommend this business and I will not use them again. Now, how long will it take to get my money back?

I had placed an order on July 1st. Mutiny shop said it would be shipped within a few weeks. September 1st no word from them at all. So I sent an email to their supplied address and they said it would be shipped out within that week. A month and a couple ignored emails later, still absolutely no word.
