I've attached copies of my documents My statements said a I owe dollars and some changeIn the month of June I paid How is it that I now owe in late fees, when I paid the full amount due At best I should be charged dollars but not While I have some late feesWhat I'm referring to is the fact when I spoke with Alec he stated in an email which I have that even though I paid the amount due I still owed dollars for June and when I asked him to show this to me he could or would not do so

[redacted], Cedarpointe HO 000038-02 (Voyager) Ledger reflects a long going delinquent homeowner who pays two months each time but never pays any of the late fee or late letter charges. Her balance forward in Voyager as of 6/30 is $78.62 consisting of late fees.  The July statement was “in...

her words” correct because it did not have the Voyager carryover to Jenark.  I do not see where a $200 fee is reflected in Voyager.  The Jenark July statement of $240.00 shows a balance due of $240.00 at this time.  I have attached both ledgers for your review. My conclusion is that late fees are consistently unpaid.  The late charges are due and will be carried over to Jenark unless instructed otherwise. Respectfully, [redacted], CCAM®Director of Accounting  [redacted]

How is it NOT property management company's fault that it failed to inform me that my car will be towed when they have all my information?Management company is hired and paid by us, residents, and they are the one that made my parking permit.they should have contacted me before towing my car. it is obviously property management's failure to manage our property.and Alec from this management company was supposed to contact me if they can credit my account for one month HOA fee, but again he failed to do so.I have not heard back from him yet.
