For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. How is it NOT property management company's fault that it failed to inform me that my car will be towed when they have all my information?Management company is hired and paid by us, residents, and they are the one that made my parking permit.they should have contacted me before towing my car. it is obviously property management's failure to manage our property.and Alec from this management company was supposed to contact me if they can credit my account for one month HOA fee, but again he failed to do so.I have not heard back from him yet.
