Mark,
Thank you so much! All of us at Diversified Roofing & construction are so happy that you and the wife love your new Deck and patio cover. We will pass on the Thank you to are crew and office staff. Thank you again Sir!

Diversified/*** did an excellent job on my roof repair, re-sheath and re-shingle; as well as an upgrade to my gutter system that was sorely needed. Casey and his foreman worked with my insurance claim adjuster and we settled on a plan to get the effort done as quickly as possible, even in the COVID restricted atmosphere. The total effort took only two days once work commenced, and when I had questions, Casey came out to explain some items I was not clear on, and ensure that his quality expectations were met. The colors we agreed to worked perfectly and my entire roof has been upgraded. As painless an experience and the quality of the work is very high.

Thank you so much KG!!!! Your approval and satisfaction are our only concern. So glad we were able to provide excellent customer service as well as quality professional workmanship. We look forward to working with you on any of your future needs.

Diamante roofing and exterior breached our contract in several ways and caused extensive damage to my home.
Diamante roofing and exterior was hired to redo the siding of my home in *** , Colorado. I paid the initial half of the contract by cashier check. A set finish date of July 31st was written by sales representative ***. This deadline was missed and ultimately the job was abandoned on September 18th. After missing the initial deadline , it came to my attention that the work was being performed incorrectly. I have documentation from both the supplier and the manufacturer that the job was done wrong.we continually asked them to do it per the manufacturer specifications and they failed to do so repeatedly. Currently the siding is falling off of my house.
Company claims we made a hostile work environment. They also claim that we had tried to start physical altercations as well. Company even made a claim to their insurance that we had been pulling the siding off. They also had employees write statements of this. All of this is untrue and we are exploring our options in regard to a defamation suit.
We have documentation directly from the manufacturer that the job is performed incorrectly, it specifically states in our contract the work is to be done per manufacturer specs, which is is not.
The contractor had requested the supplier to do the inspection, with the homeowner requested a representative of mastic to perform an inspection . It was after the inspections were performed that the job was abandoned . They continued to work even after the claims of us being aggressive for over a month .
On September 18th, *** informed us that they were "cancelling" the contract whether we agreed or not, we would not receive any refund , and they will not repair any work they performed.
Our home is also experiencing water leaks . We have a brand new roof that passed inspection. The roofers have determined it is the lack of siding causing the leak. Diamante blames it on the roofer. I had siding prior to Diamante damaging my home. They also removed my gutters, and did not replace them. They damaged an attic soffit and left it open for a long duration of the project . The fix they provided was not adequate. There is an extensive list of damages they caused, that I can discuss further in mediation if needed.

Business Response /(1000, 5, 2019/11/05) */
Good morning, we have several supporting documents to submit should the Revdex.com require. The customer created a hostile work environment, threaten an employee, constantly asked employees to perform work not on the contract, attempted to file a claim with our insurance for "damage" to their home, after being told the workmanship claim wouldn't be covered. The customer also told the manufacturers rep that we would not be paid upon completion because no matter what we did the customer would not be satisfied. Again we have supporting statements from insurance, the rep and employees that we would be happy to provide.

Consumer Response /(3000, 7, 2019/11/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have met all of our contractual obligations so far. You were to receive the final payment upon completion of the job per your contractual obligations , which included installing per the manufacturer specifications.you cannot say that payment was an issue when your business never performed the work. We have it in email that you would be paid as well. If you completed the project , per our agreement, and we did not pay you at that point , then it would be an issue, however this is not the situation. You have made the assumption that you would not be paid and acted upon such. We have never withheld any payment to you that you were owed, you have simply failed to deliver satisfactory performance in all facets of the project.
As far as the claims of a hostile work environment this is untrue. In the incident where *** accused us of attempting to assault him, this is a total lie . I asked him to stop disrespecting my wife. He then proceeded to explode and claim that I got in his face and that threatened him and he was leaving the job . This happened on August 27th, the contract was "cancelled" September 18th. Keep in mind that the final date of the contract for work toe be completed was July 31st. I believe Diamante roofing and exterior are trying to inflate the issue to get out of the situation with our home.
All accusations aside , your still refusing to address the fact that the work is done incorrectly. It is proven that it is done incorrectly. This is clearly a job gone wrong and your looking for any way out of being responsible.
And yes, I stand behind my claims that you damaged my house . Your inability to install the siding correctly has lead to damage to the home , by not shedding water correctly and leaving areas exposed. The underlayment is deteriorated from the repeated removal and reinstall of the siding and it is no longer water resistant due to extensive hammer marks.
Furthermore, you removed siding and gutters and failed to replace both , I consider this damage. It appears there are hammer marks on my windows, I consider this damage.
I have a new roof that has passed inspection , furthermore additional safeguards were put into place by the roofing company, and I still have water leaking into my home , damaging my ceiling , the roofers have determined it is the lack of siding causing the leak . I consider this damage to my home.
Your company has chosen to cancel the contract, therefore you have abandoned the job without completing your contractual obligation. Please keep in mind the several breaches of contract you've committed including missing the initial deadline, failure to perform in a workmanlike conduct, and failure to install siding per manufacture specifications . Furthermore any claims of additional work that you were doing should have come as a change order . Throughout the duration of the project we never received any change orders . Change orders cannot be executed unless agreed and signed by both parties.

Business Response /(4000, 9, 2019/11/12) */
We understand you disagree with the issue of a hostile work environment. However, we stand by our claim. We also talked through change orders with you and you refused to sign them so work continued during that time as stated on the contract. We have provided multiple invoices showing the cost of your materials exceeds your downpayment amount. We have offered, through regional building in Pueblo, to finish work (which will include change orders) after a promissory note is signed and we schedule a time for our employees to come back out when you are not home to complete the work. The other option we offered was to have you keep the material (which again exceeds the amount you have paid) and owe no additional funds to the company.

Consumer Response /(3000, 13, 2019/11/19) */
You never even gave us a written order to sign? And yes , I will not allow you to bill me an undisclosed amount for an unwritten change. A change order has to be signed by both parties before it can be executed as an amendment to the contract.
I don't really think it matters what you paid for material if you underperformed to the point that a good portion of material can not be reinstalled. Furthermore you failed to provide all materials needed , such as undersill trim, and let's not forget about the silicone job that has failed and left siding hanging from my house. The silicone voided my warranty from the manufacturer in addition to countless other errors made by your company.
As far as a another document guaranteeing payment ? First off , you have told this to regional but you have never stated this to us. Secondly , what is the point of the contract with you? A contract states you will do what was promised and I will pay you in full. You have failed to perform. You didn't "leave" us money, you failed to earn it. It doesn't get any clearer than that.
I have attached the engineers report that states "
The damage to the soffits, deficiencies at the window frames, missing downspouts, insufficient seal at the dryer vent, and various other problems with the exterior of the house are due to improper and incomplete installation. "

Please give us our money back. It is quite clear that you failed to perform adequate work.

Business Response /(4000, 15, 2019/11/21) */
A change order was presented to you on the job site. Our employees walked through the change order process. After we explained the change order process to you, you did not want to sign the change order. We do, on occasion, have to require a promissory note when we get indication that a customer is refusing to pay. It is our company policy to utilize that, if needed.

Regarding the engineering report...we received a call from our insurance company stating that they sent someone out to the property to inspect. We had already received the changes that need to be made and had plans to return when we got calls from different departments that you had no intention of paying us and are trying to file a claim against our insurance.

We were also told by our insurance that it was explained to you that the damage you claimed we did was actually due to the roof issues (which again we tried to bring to your attention and warn against leaks). The chimney flashing and the sidewall flashing, along with the dryer vent pipe damage was all due to issues not related to us. Again, we have been told that our insurance company walked through this with you.

We were instructed to send our solution to ***, which we have. However, I would be happy to lay out the options to you again: We can come back out and complete the work (subject to change orders) after a promissory note is signed and we make arrangements for you to not be on site while work is performed. Otherwise, you are welcome to keep the material and do not owe Diamante any additional money.

I highly recommend Diamante! I recently had them help me with an insurance claim, I was not sure of the process and they held my hand the entire time. They also had black shingles and gutters!! Which look AMAZING on my house!!! The entire process was quick and easy the hardest part was picking out colors for the exterior (trim and body) no mess from the roofers, no delays, everything was seamless! Even dealing with the insurance company. They do everything for you. VERRY happy! Thank you

Thank you so much for the feed back and so glade to hear how happy you are! Thank you again and we will pass this on company wide.

Diamante did quite a bit of work for me during the past months. They installed a radon mitigation system in my crawl space, they installed new gutters and did a re-stack on my tile roof.

Although there are some standard operating procedure issues that need to be worked out, which resulted in some rework, Casey and Kevin are genuinely committed to: the concept/practice of continuous improvement, and ensuring high quality of the final product.

Their "straight-up/honest" approach was consistent throughout. That, along with excellent customer service, with respect to prompt and frequent status-update communications, accurate scheduling, etc., led to the successful completion of the project.

Therefore, I recommend Casey and Kevin - Good Job!

Thank you for your positive feedback! We are happy to have another satisfied customer!

Diamante Roofing recently put new gutters on my home and I was very pleased with everything about the experience - great customer service, good price, quick turnaround, and high quality work. I called on a late afternoon and they were able to come out first thing the next morning for an estimate, and were able to get them installed within a week. Casey contacted me several times to keep me informed about the progress and process, and the gutters look great!
