At this time Barneys Warehouse no longer has the bag in our inventory so that Miss. [redacted] can purchase it. The return was processed after we exhausted all options to try and recover the desired product.  Once we realized we could not get it back, we issued her a full refund.

Ms. [redacted] returned Givenchy handbag style #[redacted] and the returned was received by Barneys New York on December 22, 2017. Barneys issued a full refund in the amount of $8,855.60 on December 22, 2017.
