Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their policy may be to require a $deposit on a flat tire, but I did not see it stated anywhere in their rental agreementThe manager, Panda, himself agreed in one of our conversations that $might be a more appropriate amount for repairing a flat tireThey say they are "currently in dispute process with my credit card agency", The dispute is not with the credit card company, but with mePanda the manager had told me previously that they had authorized a refund of $back onto my card June 15th, There was no refund made to my card and there still is no refund showing on my card up to this present time10/28/The statement that "Currently, your money has been returned to your account until this dispute process is finalized" makes no senseI have no account with themThey simply need to credit my charge card with the refundMany similar complaints show up on [redacted] and [redacted] So sorry I did not check them firstAgain: Do Not Do Business with this company Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:This company and this manager Panda T***, should be put out of business and he should be firedHe is a flat out liarAfter being walked through the deceptive web site by the main Florida company, was a tiny barely visible faint blue dot next to the Free Cancellation wordsIf you can see it, and click on it it says hours cancellation not hoursOn my computer the blue is so faint I could not see itAs I said, I made this reservation by mistake and cancelled it in minutesI then received a successful cancellation email with no other informationThis company has a 100% negative comments on Revdex.com of Hawaii and is rated F, the lowest possible ratingThis company should be investigated by the Hawaii State Attorney General for its deceptive business practices and put out of businessThe rude employees who hung up on me several times, refused to take my name and number, the rude manager Panda T [redacted] who refused to contact me after days of calling the office and emailing him, it was by accident he answered the phone when I called againThis business opened in and seems not to practice the spirit of AlohaThey practice greed and WILL get your money by any means necessaryPanda T [redacted] is the only company who uses this deceptive advertising practiceNo other company does thisMy horrible treatment on the phone with Panda was insulting, rude and unprofessionalHe knows I cancelled within the correct amount of time even though I made the mistake with the reservationWhen I sent him the email proof, he never called me back as he said he wouldHe knows he was wrong and needs to admit this new refund my money Sincerely, Autumn A [redacted]

Our customer has been sending numerous emails to an automated forwarding emailWe do not check that account and he was informed of that over the phone when he mentioned itEvery time he has called I PERSONALLY answered and returned his phone calls and encouraged him to reach out to me throughout the process if he needed help or had any questionsIt is not our fault that the local FIAT dealership underwent a huge relocation process and was unable to answer our requests to themWe did everything we were obligated to do within our contractWe provided the car and services as reserved, the customer declined our collision damage waiver accepting full financial responsibility and brought the car back damagedWe requested a parts invoice from the dealership immediately and was informed that they temporarily unavailable to take new orders or cars as they were in transitionWe made requests every week until it was fulfilledIn the meantime our customer would call us and I would inform him of this repeatedly! We have been more than accommodating to his calls every weekWe have been "Nice" throughout this entire processContacting the Revdex.com does not alter our course of conductPerhaps our customer should be more careful when driving the next time or consider purchasing the proper damage waivers for the convenience of walking away with no responsibility after incident

Aloha, After having pulled this unit in question related to Mr [redacted] rental agreement, a full vehicle inspection was performed to verify the noted issues with the top not latching, excessive body damage, door handle not staying on and bald tiresWe have found NONE of these issues to be evidentWe delivered a door sports convertible to our customer as promised on the website he made the reservationWe never promised him any sort of discountHe was unsatisfied with the first vehicle we presented him and let him pick another one that he was satisfied withHe signed for it and left our facilityHe did not bring the car back in the same condition in which it was issuedThe cheagents are there strictly to inspect the vehicle for any new body damage and to record the amount of gas and milesAs the customer returned the car with no new damage and with the proper amount of gas, he would have been given the OK to goAfter the car goes to the detailing area, the car detailers will flag the car for a cleaning fee if it is returned excessively dirtyIf Mr [redacted] returned his car to us as he said it was given, we would not have charged him a cleaning fee

Again,They did not arrive until several hours after their specified pick up timeWe were completely sold out and no longer accepting any more reservations online as it was an absolute peak periodWhen they arrived at our location, the agent got the managers clearance to offer them one of the fleet reserve vehicles as their reservation had expiredWe didn't know at the time that time how many people they had in their partyUnfortunately, the only car we had that could be rented to them for the same price was too small to fit their passengers with luggageAlthough they did have a reservation for a [redacted] or similar, that reservation had expired several hours before their arrivalPlease see the attached Terms and Conditions page taken directly from [redacted] 's websiteCustomers placing reservations must agree to these terms before finalizing themI will reiterate in regards to the insurance, we are required to offer coverage to all parties that wish to enter a rental contract with usAs we deal with travelers from all over the world, it is our responsibility to ensure that all drivers are properly insured and are aware of what coverage we offer
