Diversity Visa Green Card Lottery Registration

Review: I paid for services to above company online on 10/21/15. After the transaction, I realized I didn't require their services. I called the one and only phone number in the website, left messages; called most of 10/22/15 without any success. There is a return policy on the website but without being able to talk to someone, am more suspicious if this is a legit business. I have also been dealing with my bank now to see if I can recover my money and they too called and left a message without any call back. I think this company needs to be investigated so that if they are not legit, they ought to be closed as all they seem to do is take people's money and not communicate!Desired Settlement: Refund my money
