There is always 2 sides to every story and in most cases a lot of detailed/important info is not provided by the customer. Let’s start with the FACTS! The customer made a purchase on September 16th,...

2015. The customer sent us a text message on October 11th at 2:26pm (MST) complaining that the hair was shedding and matting. We asked the customer which products she was using, She mentioned she was using Organix Moroccan Shampoo and Conditioner which contains Isopropyl (She sent us a photo by text of these products). We explained to the customer that we do not recommend this product and it’s also listed on our website on our Hair Care Guide. She then goes on to explain that she has used a few other products which all contain Isopropyl. We explained to the customer that Isopropyl is bad for your hair, based on our experience products with Isopropyl dry out the hair which causes the hair to be unmanageable. See below the section from our Hair Care Guide on our website.

You must contact us directly to receive approval of return prior to returning any hair. Exchanges will not be permitted after 5 days
Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, we will not issue refunds or exchanges for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc.
Even though the customer clearly admitted she has worn the hair for a month, she used the incorrect products/multiple products, she admitted her stylist cut the wefts (This can cause shedding if not sealed), and she did not qualify for a refund because of our Return Policy…. We offered the customer a few options in this order.
1) We offered the customer a higher quality hair type at a “HUGE” discounted price.
2) We offered her a partial refund since the hair had been worn ect.
3) We offered her a return/refund if she returned all of the hair and she claimed she wanted a full refund “BEFORE” we received the “used” hair back. What company can you get a refund before the product is received back?
We have done the best we can to satisfy this customer and provide excellent customer service. We have responded to all her texts and calls, even the rude ones. When it comes to virgin hair how the hair is installed/maintained and what products are used are very important. At this point we feel nothing is acceptable for this customer. Because the business is not solving the issue, I'm left without no hair waiting for them to give me my money. At this point this company is unreliable and would like a refund of $200.00 in which I will take the cost of $80.00 on my end. But before I send the hair back I would need my refund to pay some hair.

I apologize we are not able to refund any money on this claim. The customer declined our offer by saying "I want a $200 refund, "BEFORE" I send the hair back. As mentioned in our last response it's very unreasonable for the customer to ask us to refund her a partial refund before she sends the hair back. Our return and refund policy is clearly written on our website. She does not qualify for a refund or return at this point. The bottom line is she has had the hair over a month and she has been wearing the hair. The hair is currently installed in her head. We put every effort to work with this customer and she refused to cooperate. We even made an exception to our return policy just for her and she declined our offer. I don't know of any company offering refunds before the item or returned and inspected. This is also our final response to this matter.

The company is still being unreasonable. Instead of solving the matter the company owner continue to insult me by text. As the customer I find this behavior inappropriate and unacceptable. This why I requested a refund instead of replacement hair. the owner acknowledged to me on the phone that hair I purchase is no good instead I should buy they top quality hair which is not listed on their website. I told them I will send the hair back once I get my refund. I need to buy hair since the hair they sold me was no good that is all I ask.
I can send you the inappropriate texts the owner keep sending me.
