I called Divine Cleaning when they had a deal on Groupon for $for four hours of cleaningI inquired in their services as I was in the process of selling my home and was in the final stages of a "clean out" my house was empty had been professionally painted, carpets clean, the house was EMPTYThey said even though the house was empty it would be considered a "Clean out" and would be charged $We estbalished I needed my applainces cleaned as well as my bathroomsUpon arriving my husband again went over the things that needed to be done , and was then told window cleaning was not include, and had even tried to quote a higher price for cleaningMy husband already frustrated wanted to cancel, but they told him that they would continue at $My husband and I had to leave town afterwards and returned to our home a couple days later ready to show our home thinking it was cleanWhich it was not THOROUGH as is advertised! None of our applainces were polished on the outsidesThe cabinets were not cleaned out, nor was the tub cleaned in our bathtubThere were streaks left on the floor after it had been mopped, even though they said they would shine afterwards!! This was not a CLEAN OUT! We work in the real estate business and have never had such a poor job done! I would not recommend this company again groupon or notWe had to spend an hour cleaning up after what was already done, waste of time and money, and behind on showing our home!!!

Hired them to get our house move-out readyTold them we needed them to do walls, floors, bathrooms, and kitchenThey did well on the kitchen, but they completely skipped one bathroom, insisted that there was no amount of cleaning they could do for the walls (even after I had one of them go over a crayon spot with a barely damp rag and it immediately started to come off) and didn't even bother trying to clean any of them, didn't touch the carpet, and then "mopped" by spraying a little cleaner on the laminate and then lightly running a mop over itThey then had the nerve to charge an extra $because the kitchen was more work than they thought it would be, and our cost to the housing company on move-out ended up being almost $1000, half of which was a full re-paint due to the walls not being cleanedI would not recommend them to anyone wanting a thorough job doneMaybe for basic house cleaning, but that's it

They said even though the house was empty it would be considered a "Clean out" and would be charged $100. We estbalished I needed my applainces cleaned as well as my 2 bathrooms. Upon arriving my husband again went over the things that needed to be done , and was then told window cleaning was not include, and had even tried to quote a higher price for cleaning. My husband already frustrated wanted to cancel, but they told him that they would continue at $100. My husband and I had to leave town afterwards and returned to our home a couple days later ready to show our home thinking it was clean. Which it was not THOROUGH as is advertised!
