Hair was not what was expected, very terrible. Also complained about my package that I still haven't received after over a month.
Ordered this hair early in May and still didn't receive one of my orders. Contacted the merchant several times through email and social media and still haven't heard back from them until today. Told them about how the hair was very THIN AND SHEDDING AND TANGLING and howy other package still hasn't SHIPPED and asked for a refund on that and they refused. Was very nonchalant about the whole situation and rude. Told me that I was the reason the hair was crappy and that they will not be refunding me for the item that hasn't shipped yet. THE ITEM I DO NOT WANT.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the hair that I didn't receive as well as a partial refund for the hair that I already have.

Received product that is not of good quality & when contacted about this they do not try to resolve any issues.
My first problem is that I purchase my products on May 15,2020 & had received a tracking on May 19,2020. The tracking number said that Usps was awaiting the item for days and then it turned into weeks, I had previously been scammed before so I grew Leary and emailed the company off of their website on May 27,2020 to ask where my package was and why I was given a tracking number if my order was not shipped because that is misleading. I will attach the automated message that they sent and what I'm assuming "accidentally" attached other customers whom have questioned where their orders are in the email. They basically blamed Covid-19 for the order delay and that was it, then they sent me a personal email with the same message, no human interaction at all. From then until now me and the other customers in that email have been in constant contact with each other about or frustration on the customer service and the whereabouts of our packages. In June is when I finally received my package, Almost a month later after purchasing. Unfortunately I wasn't home at the time because I had to deal with personal issues related to covid-19 and a death in the family so my mother kept the package in the house, now a few days later is when I opened my package and I was totally disappointed in the product I had one bundle of hair which I assumed was "34 inches" wasn't even labeled, also every single bundle I opened was tangled and thin at the ends. The hair was not full at all and was not the quality it was advertised to be I took many pictures. They showed pictures on their social media pages of "alleged consumers wearing 3 bundles of hair" and it being full but when I used 3 bundles it looked absolutely terrible and had to attach more and more hair and it's still not full. I contacted them in their Instagram direct messages because they constantly delete comments off social media and turn off their comments, so no one is able to leave an honest review anywhere not even on their site. After contacting them I feel as though they made no attempt to acknowledge my complaint and left my message on seen. Going through this and seeing that I am not alone I want my money back and just be done with them and this whole situation ! This is also the only place I am able to leave my honest reviews and feelings on their horrible ways.

Desired Outcome

I don't even want any exchanges of their horrible hair that will take months to come, I want my $600 dollars that I have wasted back and to be done with the company.

Product never received. Company has stopped communicating with me with no resolve to issue.
Purchased product in April. First time purchasing from this company. Had to email the company about shipping because it was delayed but I understand due to pandemic. I finally received a tracking number. Item was supposedly delivered with no signature required. Item never received. this is the first package I have never received at my residence. Contacted FedEx and filed a claim to track the package. I also made the company aware of the claim filed and provided them with a claim number. I had reached out to FedEx thinking the error was on their end but they told me to reach out to the vendor directly. The vendor told me on May 19th they would look into the issue and respond in 12 hours. I have emailed the company twice and I have not received a response. I am upset because I have not received my product and I am out of 220$. Very displeased and this was my first time ordering from this vendor and as I said before I have never has this problem with other vendors. Ans they fact that they are not offering a refund or exchange is very upsetting to me. Buyer beware.

Desired Outcome

I really want the product I ordered or a refund.

I love this hair company I have been shopping with them for my hair extensions for two years! always great customer service and quality products.
