Beware of definite scam
Yes, I bought an online book from them. No I did not authorize any type of membership. When I call their toll free 877 number it is answered by a live person, who immediately terminates the call when I say what I am calling about. Even freezing my credit card account did not stop the charges. Trying to dispute.

Deceptive behavior
I was charged $19.44 per month for several months after I bought the book. I did not give any permission for these charges. Shame on you Divine Origins.

SCAM
Ordered the book and now my credit card is being charged $18.00 per month for some reason. Why would this happen if this is not a SCAM?

I have been waiting for a delivery of several bottles of trinity oil from divine origins for most of May. I sent a text message. Ashley replied.

She said that the reason for the holdup was the company didn't have my mailing address so I sent it to her on 05/23/20 via text reply. I sent another this afternoon telling her I would notify the Revdex.com and others if I didn't hear from her in 1hour.

Desired Outcome

I didn't hear from her so I am notifying you. I would like to contact the attorney general and the commerce secretary of the company's state but it has a 877 area code. I am assuming that you know what the 877 zip code means. So if you have a way of finding out its location, I would like to go after it because it owes me almost $600. Any help would be appreciated very much.

Both orders were cancelled & charges were reversed off my credit card! However, received a shipment 12 Trinity bottles in the mail, company error!
Today's date: 09MAY2020
Divine Origins send me 12 bottles of Trinity in error! I sent it back today: tracking number is: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. Return was required by my credit card company. Since this company shipped in error to me requesting I be reimbursed for shipping & insurance coverages, total amount of $19.65! The shipment came to temporarily winter rental in Laurel MS. However I'll be leaving in a few days to go back to home state! Please mail to: ***, ***, Upper Jay, NY XXXXX - thank you!
Like to also state I'm using an iPhone! When I originally tried to placed order, I couldn't change to lower amount of bottles, keep increasing! Company may like to look into this problem, Maybe problem with iPhones only I don't know!
Customer service did try to help out via email processing. However some of their statements were hard to understand. For example this statement "But refund will be reflecting for you?" Very confusing, does this mean you will charge my credit card again? Customer service did call me on this! However, I wanted something in writing stating I wasn't going to get another credit card charge. Your shipment was sent back today, so shouldn't get another charge post to my credit card! I'll just wait for reimbursement of total cost on this return shipment & insurance. I returned to: JetPack Shipping, 1140 S Highbrook Street, Akron, Ohio 44301 Thank you!

Desired Outcome

Payment of $19.65 total cost for shipment & insurance to return this package Divine Origins sent in error.

Hi Ms.,

This is Courtney from customer service. Sorry that we shipped you the product after you cancelled your order. Sometimes this happens because our shipments go out very quickly (often within an hour of the initial order), so we must have already mailed out your product before we realized you had cancelled.

In any event, none of this is your fault whatsoever, so I'll go ahead and reimburse you for your full shipping cost of $19.65.

Again, sorry about the miscommunication, and I'd like to offer you a 25% discount on your next order with us:

That discount includes any of the books that Divine Origins LLC has for sale (Divine Origins is our publishing company), and the discount will also apply to our sister company, Trinity Health Research, which offers top of the line oils and supplements.

Someone from my customer service team will be contacting you shortly to orchestrate the shipping reimbursement.

Thanks so much,
Courtney W.

First off, I'd like to apologize, we only just became aware that the Revdex.com had been trying to reach out to us. We had an issue with our incoming mail, but that is now resolved.

FYI - Any and all future mail from the Revdex.com will be forwarded directly to me.

My name is Courtney W., and I am the head of customer service for Divine Origins LLC.

In regards to Ms. complaint, I'd like to inform you that we've already been in touch with her numerous times, and if I may say - gone out of our way to address each and every one of her concerns.

We feel confident that we've taken the necessary steps to resolve said issues, including the following:

The Issue: Ms. was charged $642.95 and was not refunded.

The Solution: We've refunded $642.95 to her account. And as a gesture of goodwill, we've mailed Ms. $245 worth of product free of charge. Please see the attached merchant refund report that indicates she was indeed more than fully refunded.

The Issue: Ms. was charged $39 for a monthly membership program.

The Solution: This charge has also been refunded in full. When Ms. purchased the ebook, she voluntarily opted into a monthly membership program ($39 per month) to get digital access to one of our additional programs. Please keep in mind that this program was completely optional, and she did indeed choose to select it on our shopping cart page. We do not run negative option.

With that said, we still refunded 100% of that money, and cancelled her out of the program - therefore, she will not be receiving any additional charges from us again.

The Issue: Ms. had trouble accessing the ebook and other digital resources (aka "Ebooks") that she purchased.

The Solution: It's come to our attention that this is a common issue with many of our older customers, so we created a high quality, printed physical version of the ebook. And we've already mailed Ms. a free *physicalcopy of the book free of charge. Please see the attached shipment information showing that Ms. received the physical book via USPS.

The Issue: Ms. was under the impression that there is no CBD contained within our supplement products.

The Solution: Our supplement products contain CBD-rich Hemp Oil. In fact, attached to this letter is a Certificate Of Analysis conducted by a third party lab that clearly shows our product contains high quality, hemp derived CBD. To make up for this misunderstanding, we've already mailed Ms. another batch of the Oil, absolutely free of charge - in the hopes that she will give it another try, and have better results with it.

The Issue: Our customer service team didn't call Ms. back.

The Solution: As a result of Ms. claim, I launched a full internal investigation to ascertain what happened. It turns out that our call logs (attached to this letter) indicate Ms. had several conversations with customer care (one lasting 14 minutes). However, I also uncovered where customer care made an error: after the very last time she called, customer care returned her call but neglected to leave a voicemail.

Since this information has come to light, the proper disciplinary action has been taken and new customer care policies have been implemented so that this doesn't happen again.

The Issue: Ms. was under the impression our products could "cure almost any ailment".

The Solution: Nowhere have we ever advertised that our products "cure" anything. In fact, there is no use of the word "cure" inside any of our marketing. We don't believe in "cures," we believe in living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Which is what we encourage our customers and people inside our community to do. And also why we sent Ms. more of our products free of charge.

====

We hope that the measures we have taken to address each of Ms. concerns are enough to put this matter to rest.

With that said, would you be available to hop on a call with us tomorrow or early next week?

If I'm tied up answering customers, I will escalate your call to our head of operations, Julian.

We'd like the opportunity to chat, and see what measures we can take to improve our rating with Revdex.com.

It's very important to us.

Please let us know a good time for you to chat, and we'll give you a call at your earliest convenience.

Warm regards,
Courtney
