I ordered two vestments one for an Apostle and the other for a Bishop and a separate robe. I received everything except for the robe that goes with the Bishops vestment. On the order form they sent it stated it was on back order. Today is July 27, 2022 and I still have not received it. I have called over 20 times about this matter. I was told that it would be shipped out on the days I called and they would email me a tracking number via email. I have not received anything. I emailed requesting a refund and no response. I have been calling and no one will answer I keep getting directed to leave a message. Don't order anything from them! Even you are deceived about free shipping or upgrade shipping. I paid $49 for expedited shipping and was told that that means standard shipping. They're claiming to be a Christian company yet they have the farthest so many I have other Pastor friends that have the same complaints or worse and have stopped ordering from them as well. They get a zero star from me.

I am quite unhappy, disappointed and displeased. I travelled all the way on Friday July 30, 2021 to take my measurement. I had called previously to say my preference is to be measured and have a robe made to fit.

On getting there, a man who identified himself as Jonathan promptly dispensed with the issue of measurement and said I can pick one up.

I told Mr. Jonathan I wanted Anglican Cassock. He brought out one and convinced me it is what females wear. I asked if it was the Anglican one and each time he would evade the question. I tried it on and it fitted perfectly. It was medium.

I asked to check my email just to be sure I am getting the one specified by the ordination pastor... It turned out to be the Anglican One, specifically Double Breasted.

I found out after the fact that the one he presented as the Anglican one is actually the the Catholic one. It was at this time he went to get me the right one - Anglican double breasted.

Tried as I did to try it on, he insisted the sizing is same! That since the one I wore (Catholic Cassock) fitted me well, the one he gave would. He only let me try on the cincture belt which fitted.

Well, I got home and whatever he gave me is OVERSIZED! The robe goes all the way to my ankle and the cuff to my knuckle. I was quite upset because I already got pastors and ministers to pray on the robe for me.

I sent email but got no response. I called severally to no avail. Eventually today I got a gentleman on the line. He refused to tell me his name. Eventually he got Mr. Jonathan on the line and all pleas to have him send a pre-paid pack for me to return it so another can be sent to me proved abortive as he insisted the policy is that I bring it back.

I drove about 4 hours round trip to be measured so one exactly my size would be made and sent to me. Despite driving down, I got no special discount and still went home with something far from it. I should not have trusted him since he initially tried to compel me to take the Roman Catholic one!

A fair resolution would be either full refund, or a prepaid pack to enable me send it back with Divinity Clergy bearing full cost of shipping both ways.

This company need to do better, and better still have a Christlike standard; business is about trust, and it is quite time wasting if trust is discounted.

In response to [redacted] complaint, When our customer service first spoke to the customer he was advised to send the "defective" product back to us so we could analyze the issue and take it up with the manufacturer of the suit in question We use the professional pictures the suit manufacturer provides in their catalog in the highest resolution we can acquire If a customer is unsatisfied with a product, we provide an avenue for returns and exchanges consistent to the standard in our industry Upon receiving the suit, we found the suit to be ALTERED (hemmed bottom) and in a much poorer conditions than the manufacturer sent it out in There were no tags and clear signs of wear as I have provided in attachments Our number one rule, as has been for the history of the clothing industry, is nothing can be returned after it is altered and we state that on our Shipping & Returns page found with a link on every page of our websiteWe believe that each and every customer has a responsibility to inspect each item they receive before they have it altered and if a color is not what you wanted, there would be no need to have it altered in the first place It's that rule that basically governs customer responsibility throughout the industry If the suit was as defective as the customer describes, he, or the tailor/seamstress he was using certainly would have noticed these egregious defects and contacted us right away Instead the suit was altered and the issue arose sometime after that We were contacted in the late afternoon on 7/20/17, days after the suit arrived (Tracking Info: [redacted] and PROMPTLY sent him a shipping label the next business day We received the item back days later on 8/2/only to find it to be altered after we explained it could not be sent back in that condition I ask that this complaint be stricken from our record We are always happy to exchange a suit as we understand issues arise, but will never accept a return that has been altered and comes without the original tags as we are unable to both return it to the manufacturer and/or re-sell itThe attachments in order consist of [redacted] Suit upon its return to us (first to pictures) and a sample of the same suit in beige as it was sent from [redacted] We hope this helps! *** *** placed an order for suits on the afternoon of July 22nd. He was unable to retrieve his emailed receipt as the email address was entered incorrectlyHe called our customer service line and was prompted that all representatives were busy and due to the time he called, which was later
in the day as we are on the east coast and him on the west coast, his call would be returned within hours. He received a call back the next day well within hours and his email was correctly entered. He then received his confirmation email with the record of his transaction.
