Division 7 Renovations

I had Travis M, owner of Division 7 Renovations come out to work on some electrical items and some plumbing items for my home. He ran way over the time he said it would be completed. Furthermore, I continued to have some issues with my electric after I had paid Travis the last portion of the price. Plugs shorted out, so of course when he came to check them a couple of times, they would work at that point. After having A DIFFERENT contractor come out and he briefly checked on these issues, checked the breaker box that was installed, I found out these things had been installed incorrectly and actually are a danger to my safety!! I also found out at that time the water heater had been installed improperly. I proceeded to go, along with that contractor, to the city and talk to the city building official of these things. I found out Travis had NEVER pulled a permit to do this work, in fact falsified the permits AND it was found out that he neither holds an electrician license or plumber's license! NOW, I must PAY someone else to correct these items and hope I have enough money in my budget to do that. DO NOT USE DIVISION 7 RENOVATIONS.

WARNING to all considering this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TRAVIS.
I contracted Travis with Division 7 to install spray foam in my attic, new gutters, windows and a new roof. I provided a cashiers check for half the cost up front. After the spray foam was completed the job was so sloppy with missing areas of foam I asked they come back and fix. After over two months of no shows to fix I cancelled the rest of the contract with Travis and asked for the balance of our deposit back. I have been chasing Travis now for almost two weeks asking for our refund. He finally agreed to cut us a check and texted me a picture of a check that was $1550 less than owed. He claimed the foam job cost more than I was quoted. This was never discussed with me nor would I have agreed to pay more. is his contract it states "Total cost is inclusive of all labor, Materials, Overhead & Profit, Tax and related Fee's to completing this project". Cheats and scammers try changing prices after work is done. Travis is no dodging phone calls and not returning texts. Everything stated is factual and can be backed up with the contract and all Text Messages from the owner Travis.

Took care of business for me after a hail storm. I was greatly appreciative of the job Travis and his crew did for me and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I will highly recommend Division 7 to all of my friends and family. Travis and his team are very professional. 5 stars all around!
