AND REFUSE TO GIVE ANY INFO AS TO WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE BUSINESS . I SPOKE TO A LADY NAME [redacted] SHE SAID SHE IS THE MANAGER BUT SHE REFUSE TO GIVE HER LAST NAME .PLEASE THEY ARE CROOKS USE A LAWYER DONT USE THIS PLACE . I REPORTED THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND I GAVE THEM BACK ALL FIVE POUNDS OF THE PAPERS THEY SENT ME IN THE MAIL BUT THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND MY $399 . HARD LESSON LEARN DONT BE NEXT.Desired Settlement: PLEASE LET OTHERS KNOW ABOUT THIS BUSINESS PLACE CROOKED PRACTICES.

Dear [redacted], in the above mentioned complaint, states that he didn't know Divorce Center personnel are paralegals and not lawyers. I have attached for your consideration 3 documents (Exhibit # 1,#2, #3) which were signed by [redacted], clearly stating that Divorce Center personnel are not lawyers, including a "Certification Under Penalty of Law" where [redacted] initials and signs a certification acknowledging that he knows our personnel are not lawyers. Additionally, at least three such documents also include [redacted] signing and initialing his acknowledgment that certain fees are non-refundable, for reasons that I will provide below.

[redacted] claims to have received a great deal of documents "five pounds" as he puts it. Those documents, are all painstakingly prepared for the customer, at great time and effort by our company. Each and every document is absolutely required by the court. [redacted] simply needed to sign the documents where required and return them to our office to file with the court.

When [redacted] returned the documents to our office and requested a refund, they were incomplete. We asked [redacted] where the rest of the documents were and he said he didn't know. Our investigation shows that [redacted] actually filed the documents with the court, and we have provided proof of said filing (Exhibit # 4 and #5).

Unfortunately, we have been victimized by several clients who copy all of our documents and file them with the court. They then fraudulently return the originals to our office and request a refund. We know this to be a fact because we check the court system and find our documents have been filed. Several of these parties then threaten to file complaints with your agency if they don't receive their refund. [redacted] is one of those people.

Interestingly, [redacted], in his complaint, calls us crooks. It is [redacted] who is attempting to steal services from this company. We will consider filing charges against [redacted] in the future.

Obviously, we can't reward this theft of service with a refund. It is similar to a retail store discovering that a person purchased a dress, wore it frequently and then tried to get a refund.

We believe that it is unfair of your agency to publish unsubstantiated claims from parties like this, which are using them to blackmail merchants. These unsubstantiated accusations cause damage to the merchants, and show negligence on the part of the Revdex.com. Please be advised that

a letter is to follow, advising the Revdex.com of possible action that we intend to take, if these false and libelous publications continue.

Review: My husband used the Divorce Center for our divorce. He told me he got the divorce finalized papers in the mail I never received it so I called The Divorce Center to ask wouldn't I get a copy they told me no. But the paper work I signed I went over with a lawyer and it stated I would receive a copy. Any way on that phone call I asked the person well what court do you use so I can call and get a copy. They told me they can't give me any information on him. But i'm not looking for information on him I just want to know who I can call to receive my copy of the divorce papers so I can change everything.Desired Settlement: I want the copy of my divorce since I am a party of the divorce how I am supposed to prove I am divorced without it.

This person is NOT a customer of this company. If her spouse filed with this company, she MUST contact her spouse for any info. WE are not allowed to discuss a client file with ANYONE except the client. If the party needs advice, they MUST contact their own attorney or legal advisor.

As a general answer to her inquiry, I can say that any documents a party has received from the spouse clearly indicates what court the documents were filed in. Contacting the court that the documents were filed in may help answer the question.

I was not asking for any personal information about anybody. And I do speak to my husband and he said he thinks it was Bronx county court but if I am sending in money to receive something then I want to make sure I am sending it to the right address and not to some strangers house.
