We got the customers vehicle in to fix the "paint issue" on the bottom of the van side panel, and look into the door "filler/repair" issue, our company did address and fix the "paint issue" on the side panel (which was due to the factory stone guard at bottom, we only re-applied the our stone guard
on top of original at the time of repairs)Upon customer bringing the vehicle in to have these issues fixed, we found the door "filler issue" was/is due to having been hit/contacted by something and the workmanship/paint warranty does not cover something contacting/damaging the panels The insurance company was also contacted by the customer and I spoke to the file handler with insurance company also; I came to the decision that we did not owe to repaint the door due to dents being the "new" problem.The original repair estimate was listed for the door replacement with a LKQ/used door, repairs may have been needed to the LKQ/used door, but the "issue" the customer is having is not due to that repair to the LKQ/used door, therefore is not under warranty
I have attached a copy of the *** signed pay form, a copy of the invoice of the LKQ/used door and the front of the customer folderThe door was replaced at the time of original repairs on this claim This shop is also on the verge of feeling that the customer is slandering us I spoke to *** @ *** regarding the "issues" and he also agrees that stating this business did or created insurance fraud is in fact slander We do not wish to have any further dealing with this customer due to this wrong doing statements.Thank you *** *** Manager

There was not any new damage to the vehicle and we have not had the vehicle at any other shop for repair besides the work that was done there at wooding Bros and the damage that is visible on the vehicle is due to the body filler that was used at their time of repairalso they used the same door that had damage already to that was on the van they did not put anything different on the vehicle thus the insurance company paid for to be doneI called this to the owners attention at the time of pick up and if he repainted the second time like he was supposed to then why did the van have the same dirt on the bottom that was there when we left it for days? He did nothing to fix what they messed up the first timeThey say there is a warranty on repairs made on your vehicle but they do not stand behind their workmanship and it is ok to lie about the repair that is made to your vehicle and then comment back there is no warranty? I do believe that it is in the paperwork that they give that there is warranty on their repairs made?Regards,
