The job is 99.9% done, I will be going back to finish the job, no later than the 2nd week in NovemberI still need to put on the topcoat

Please refer to Complaint [redacted] )This problem was first referenced to you in OctoberAt that time, RB Construction told you they would complete the job by the end of the 2nd week of NovemberIt is now the end of the 2nd week of December, & RB Construction has not completed the jobWe have since found out that he used low quality fill material in the drive, that will never harden & will wash out with winter snowsWe have spoken with him once, at which time he said that he didn't appreciate the letter, but that he would be out by the end of the week to complete the workHe never showed, & obviously, the complaint to you didn't bother him that much, because he has not felt it necessary to complete the job he was contracted to do At this time, I seek a refund of $2,000.00, because that is what it has cost to hire someone else to complete the work before snow comes

[He was hired to repair cracks, replace sand around a culvert w/crushed rock & LEVEL the area. He considers the job 99.9% complete. We consider it to be about 80% complete. Leveling the area & top coat = .1% ? If that is so, why has it taken 4 months to do? Since he included a 5-year warranty in the original paperwork, he may be assured he will be called back to do repairs - at no additional charge - to his less than satisfactory work. If he wants to be finished with us - as I'm sure he does - he needs to make good on the original contract in such a manner that the work will last 5 years.]
