Review: I have "Lifetime subscription" of DivyaBhaskar monthly magazine since 2008. Getting my monthly copy of my subscription is very inconsistent. The last copy I have received was for November 2012. I have attempted multiple times to contact them in various ways, but unable to speak to anyone, if I do reach someone the answer is very inconsistent. I have used the following methods to contact them: Phone ###-###-#### left voice mails, E-mail [redacted], posted USPS letter to the company, but have not gotten reply for any of the attempts until now. I have inquired at my local post office including the management if the copies were being misplaced by them. They contacted the sender post office in NY and they stated they have not even received copies to be sent out to customers.Desired Settlement: The offer should have not even been advertised or the company should notify their customers if they will stop sending copies to their lifetime subscribers. They should acknowledge customer’s feedback/concerns and have a working phone line or in this case any type of method to contact them in the case of such situation arises.

Review: n 1977, I paid a flat fee to to become a lifetime member to receive Divya Bhaskar on a continual, forever term. Beginning in 2012, I stopped receiving this Divya Bhaskar publication so I tried and tried to contact the company to send me my publication that I was missing. Finally after writing them a formal letter, I received three copies in May, June and July of 2012. After that, I never received anything and it has been almost a year and I have lived at the same residence for the last 19 years. I have been trying to contact them for the last nine months to no avail. I tried calling them 20 times an left numerous messages but no response. I even mailed them letters via certified mail and no response. Lastly, I have attempted to email them several times and no response at all. Back in the 70's I was struggling myself and helped this company out when they needed customers by paying a lot of money for a lifetime subscription to read news from my country and now I'm left with no publications, news, and all I can see are F ratings on Revdex.com for Divya Bhaskar & Cinemaya. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive a 50% refund of my lifetime subscription and continue to receive my lifetime subscriptions on a monthly as they committed to back when I signed up and are ethically supposed to do as a company.
