My daughter went to their immediate care with a sore throat and left with a bill of over [redacted] last October If she were home in Illinois, which already has an overpriced system, the cost would have been less than a third out of pocket When I requested a detailed statement of the work performed, I kept on getting a regular statement The detailed billing took over months to finally arrive after multiple calls and complaints, but the detailed billing was very unspecific and did not justify the actions they took I set up a month payment plan, but just had to change the credit card for the last two payments I called today and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, as their system did not have the correct amounts for my payment plan Having explaining it several times and having the answer the same questions again and again, and giving my credit card info a couple of times, I finally told the rep to just pay the balance now and forget the payment plan
They violated HIPPA law there own Lawyer told me this They have harassed me over a bill which was paid in october or One of their Nurses called me at work work and yelled at me when my provider had told me to call her if I needed anything related to my situation I needed a medication adjustment I had used this provider before she worked at COxhealth I requested a complete accounting of my billing they have not provided this I requested an apology they have not done this They did say they had done some training whatever that is I requested a complete copy of my medical record they sent a redacted copy I would recommend looking elsewhere for these services
