We received your letter on 3/15/in reference to the complaint from *** ** ***He contacted the bar via our *** *** at *** ** *** *** regarding the question of offering pitchers of beer to our patronsI reached out to him at *** ** ** *** ***
and explained that we normally do not offer beer by the pitcher, however, there may have been exceptions made in the pastI also explained that we do have several new employees and I have since reached out to them that if a customer asks for a pitcher we can sell them but we do not advertise thisLastly I invited him to either stop in the bar or contact me via *** or my work email I also offered that the bar has a beer bust every Sunday from pm until pm at the cost of $for Miller lite or High Life and $for your choice of any of the beers we offer on tapI have included a screen shot of the conversation we had and am still awaiting a reply from the customerAt this point I am not sure what more we can offer this customer
