I am commenting on this company in regards to my parents, had there ac worked on and James Crumpton came out his self cause they go to church with himHe told them he had to change the capacitor and was gonna only charge them for the part at his cost and no labor, he charged them $and when I got off work I called around to several ac companies and they all told me that the capacitor is a $part and with labor $at the mostI am outraged that this company took advantage of my elderly parents on a fixed incomeThis is ridiculous,and when my husband called Mr*** and confronted him on the over charge he was very rude and wouldn't resolve the issue

Let me give you my experience with these guys - my Ac system went down and they were there in a pinch is that was good - they put in a brand new Ac system both exterior and interior unit and did some duct work which was a good job done, however when they installed the interior AC unit they didn't hook up the furnace (this was in the summer) They said they would be back later to hook it up later After a couple months I called and tried for weeks to get them to come out and hook up the unit - James would respond but Don was completely unresponsive James said he would come out himself if need be to hook up the furnace but forced me over to Don who wouldn't respond The customer service at this point was extremely poor, probably because I had already paid at this point I am now forced to call another Ac company to hook up the furnace because these guys are unresponsive What's worse, when Don initially installed the unit he recommended he recommended a home repair guy to me for the ceiling who came and halfway finished the job before bailing on me Again, they did a good job on the AC but I guess once everyone got their money they were completely gone and didn't care to finish it I'm not being unreasonable as colder weather is coming in the next few weeks at night but they just didn't ever respond
