Review: I placed a order with Dixie Art on OCtober 7, 2014, paid in full. The website states that delivery is normally 1 to 2 business days. I was picking my items up from location. On October 13, 2014 I received a email stating that "As Dixie Art & Airbrush attempts to transition to new ownership, we are experiencing delays in processing orders. Please advise if you wish us to fill you order as soon as we can, or if you wish to cancel." I have continuously tried contacting regarding the status of my order an/or refund. I have a small home business and needed the supplies for a child's birthday party this weekend. Not only has this caused stressed but it also made my profit decrease by half because I had to purchase items from Hobby Lobby at retail prices. As of today's date October 16, 2014, noone from Dixie Art has called me back or returned emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund along with my products.
