Amazing product line!
Such an amazing product line! I love the synthetic brushes and paint colors. Easy to paint with and the coverage is exceptional. Not only are the products amazing, but so are the people behind the products. So helpful and accommodating. A wonderful product and company. The perfect combination!

Fabulous all around! The paint and products are great and easy go use. Plus! Dixie is full of useful & helpful tutorials.

Terrible service, refusing to allow me to return an item after only 3 days of receiving it and it's never been opened.
I placed an order on June 3rd 2020. The following day, I sent an email to customer service requesting I cancel my order before it's shipped. I never received any response but my package never arrived so I assumed it was canceled. The package showed up this past Saturday, about 20 days after I ordered it. So I called to process a return, I was fine if I had to pay for the shipping since I had a change of heart about wanting the product after seeing videos online, not to mention, it took way too long to even arrive if I actually did want it.

I was told they were refusing to allow me to return it because all sales are final period. I explained I had already requested it be canceled, but even without that, it didn't say anything about that when I placed my order. She told me that it's in my order confirmation email. LOL what?? So you tell me all sales are final AFTER I place an order? It's laughable. I asked why it wasn't clearly stated when I place an order and she told me there is a tab on the website under shipping and returns where it is stated. That's so scammy it's gross. What a embarrassing way to conduct yourself when they claim on the website they pride themselves in customer service. Needless to say, we ended the conversation with her refusing to allow me return it and me telling her I would just go through the Revdex.com and she was just fine with that. I'm so insulted that this is how they treat customers.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the item I received for a refund.

Hi ***, I am so very sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. We strive to give only the best customer service and we're known for our exceptional after-sales service as well.
As you can see from our uploaded documents, we have worked very diligently to let everyone know of the delays in Shipping due to the Pandemic. Increased order demand, the social distancing of all employees, as well as a thorough cleaning regimen, has put our normal quick delivery back. The first attachment does show that we announce that on our website to everyone who visits our website prior to placing an order.
You will then see in the second attachment a screenshot that is on our website addressing returns. This is a necessity that all websites must place on their e-commerce site.
The final attachment shows the email that is sent to everyone once they place their order. As long as you put your correct email address, this email is sent to you immediately after check out. Please see that it again addresses the slow shipping times as well as all sales are final.
We truly appreciate and value all our customers. We would love to work with you on giving you a credit towards future purchases as a small token in hopes to help you feel better about Dixie Belle. In order to get the credit, please email ***@dixiebellepaint.com and we will let you know how to proceed.

Great company with super products. You can do a project from A-Z without having to get a product from other companies in the midst of working on a piece. The paint is great to use and especially good for blending.

I had used most other paint brands before stickinb with dixie belle, it has the best coverage, blends beautifully, a complete line of colors and products, self leveling, durable, and a team that teaches you to use the products, all at a reasonable price point, it just made sense

After purchasing materials to sell, Dixie Belle cancelled our account without any warning, conversation, or explanation that caused us to lose sales.
We are asking that Dixie Belle refund (monies back to original payment method) for marketing materials and the unopened/unused stock that was purchased in good faith. We also ask you to send a return label for these items to be shipped back to you at your cost. Your company approved our account on October 11th, 2018. Without warning, you turned off our account sometime during the last week of December 2018. You did not contact *** in anyway to discuss any violations or concerns. We have made several orders and have been in good standing for these 2 short months.

In an email on January 2nd, you stated it was "brought to your attention" that we were selling out of our Franklin location. This is FALSE. Again, you never called to discuss. You approved our account knowing we had 2 locations and have been very careful to comply with never making sales from the XXXXX zip code. We discussed the fact we could not sell in Franklin (zip code XXXXX) and we agreed. Tagalong Farms has complied with your rules and we have been forthcoming with all information regarding our locations. We have been courteous to the Dixie Belle premier retailer in the XXXXX zip code and have never violated our account with you.

This has caused "bad business" for our customers as we had promised them products that we now cannot deliver. We feel you have in fact treated Tagalong, your customer, in an unfair manner and have acted very unprofessional.

Desired Outcome

Means to ship a few items back at the cost of Dixie Belle and a refund of $53.76. (inventory of $48.00, shipping I had to pay is $5.76, for a total of $53.76. Please send a return shipping label)

Our company wholesales chalk paint to over 1500 retailers across the USA and Canada. Our policy states that a retailer must start out purchasing 8 oz or 16 oz sizes in their first order. We do that so we can insure retailers or purchasing our paint for resale and not just for personal use. This company that has made a complaint did not abide by that policy. There first order was 32 oz sizes as well as other non paint type items. This alone puts this retailer in "Non-compliance". There are other issues that have arisen as well. We have had to withdraw their wholesale ability. They can still sell the product that they have on their shelves as we let them know. We have attached the policy that they signed that states they are to purchase the proper paint sizes. If you need me to send the first order we can do this as well. Also, you will see that the policy that was signed by these people clearly states there are no refunds.

While the paper does state a retailer needs to order 8oz or 16oz sizes, Doug R. stated in one of my initial phone conversations "it is what Dixie Belle would like", but they are flexible. So, as you can see we made 3 orders, non of which were flagged, they were not questioned, AND, they let the orders be processed and were shipped. We had customers that were custom cabinet painters and needed gallons. Doug said this was ok. Dixie Belle requires $1,000 to be ordered in a rolling 6-month period. Our orders were $388.04, $85.01, $169.12 within 5 weeks! Again, we were in compliance, our orders were processed,and no communication from Dixie Belle that our account was in jeopardy. We are asking for the refund previously stated in our initial complaint. I feel Dixie Belle had pressure from a "premiere retailer" in our area that has invested over $4K to be premier status, to close our account. Again, we were selling out of our Madison Indiana store and in compliance. Dixie Belle has proof of the above mentioned orders.
