Review: My Wife and I ordered their product (Hemp Oil Capsules) and was charged $129 and received the product in about a week. The shipping box was sealed and packed tightly. Once we removed the plastic bottle, we noticed the seal securing the cap had been broken. We unscrewed the cap to find the seal was not sealed onto the lip of the bottle opening. The box that it was shipped in was sealed and intact. So, the company had to have shipped us a product that had been previously opened, since the safety seal on the cap was broken, as well as the seal on the bottle, under the cap . This is not acceptable. We emailed them through the company "contact us" format. They have not responded for 2 days now since the site stated they will respond right back to us, after the message was sent.. Also, no matter what time we called, the phone was always busy, as if it was left off the hook. We have not used any of the product and wanted a replacement shipped. We did not have an issue if they wanted us to pay shipping again. However, since they refuse to answer the phone or reply to emails, we want a full refund. If they want the opened product, they can pay the shipping by emailing or snail mail a prepaid return and shipping label. ...we'll get right on that.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund. If they want the opened product, they can pay the shipping by emailing or snail mail a prepaid return form and shipping label (including insurance).

Review: On November 26 2014 I signed up for the Compassionate Care Club from Dixie Botanicals. The agreement was to receive the product I purchased monthly. Some time went by and I received no email informing me the item was shipped, however the money was taken out.Below shows where they took out of my bank. 11/28/2014 Debit Card DIXIE BOTANICAL-$120.00.So I emailed and below is the response I received, on December 1,2014 "Hello,We are currently experiencing delays in production. Since the company has recently been taken over by new management they have created new label designs which is causing these delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.Thanks in advance. [redacted] Dixie Botanicals [redacted]"After some time I emailed again the response is below. December 1 11,2014"Hello,We have been on back order for all product, we will have inventory by next week and will begin shipping. Note we have hundreds of orders to fill, but our team will be working diligently to get product out as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience." On December 18, 2014 I emailed the below."I have tried to be patient about this order but this has gone on to long. If you do not have the product you should not offer it. How would you feel if you ordered a product and had to wait a month or more for it to be shipped? Please cancel my order and refund my money at once."I received no response to my refund email however I received the below email, From: Dixie Botanicals Sunday, December 21, 2014 1:08 "We wanted to inform you that the next scheduled shipment of 500 mg Dixie Dew Drops Hemp Oil Supplement (2 oz bottle) Natural is backordered. If you would like to cancel this shipment, please click here:"The link in the email did not work, and went to a broken page, and on the 26th of December 2014 another $127.50 was taken from my bank. 12/26/2014Know one will answer the phone when I call, and they have stopped responding to all emails/messages.The worst customer service ever..Desired Settlement: I would like the confirmed cancellation of the order and refunded the total amount that was taken from my bank $247.50. I have never been treated like this by a Company before.
