Incorrectly Billed For Propane Not Ordered/Moved
We moved from our previous address in *** in June 2017, where Dixie Denning used to deliver propane to our rental propertyWe had issue with them delivering propane that we did not order on THREE occasions in 2017, but paid the bill because it went to collectionsThey do NOT have a signed customer agreement on file for us
Now, in February we just received another bill from them for charges in Dec and January even though we don't live there any longerThey delivered the propane without asking if we needed any, never knocked on the door, never left the new tenants an invoice, nothingAgain, we DO NOT have a signed agreement with them and told them that we are not responsible for the billWe are not paying for something that we have not used
