When communication was reestablished on 12/10/17 and the current reading is received the system will determine how many kwh were used since the last valid reading and spread them across all days since last valid reading.  This is only for informational purposes and not for billing. Mr. [redacted] was only charged for kwh actually used between 11/17/17 and 12/17/17.  We have had a good number of members that have been confused about this.
