I purchased a wedding gown from this establishment for my wedding that is to take place August 5th 2018.In October of I was looking around and *** part owner said she had the perfect gown for meI tried on the gown and love it so *** gave her $deposit to hold the dress for me.While we were there she let us know her and her husband *** provide everything for weddings.They showed us a pamphlet of their services and showed us some of the weddings they servicedApril 2nd I paid her $the balance owing and received a receipt showing the gown was paid for in fullWhen I asked for the gown she said it's in the vault and I should keep it there to make it easier for when I have to make alterations and my fiance wouldn't see itAt the time I thought it made sense and sounded reasonableOn the same day we decided to use their services for our wedding.We went to look at halls and we chose oneWe gave them a $deposit to be given to the hall to secure our wed

My wedding took place on July 2, I ordered cake boxes for June 28thI called the owner to ask when can I pick up the cake boxesHe responded by saying that he didn't order the cake boxesI put a dollar deposit down and tried to make arrangements to pick up the moneyHe kept *** at me avoided my calls and I didn't get my money backI met this company at the wedding show in January of They also said I won a free gift from their prize draw and I didn't receive the gift either*** I had to make my own boxes and it took a lot of timeAnd it held me back with my wedding planning
