We would like to apologize for any misunderstandings. *** ordered a full thirty day supply of our products on November 13, 2017. We do not offer sample sizes. We sent her a full size bottle to try for 14 days, for just the cost of shipping and handling on a subscription basis. After the 14 day trial Mrs. was billed the retail price of the product. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is to benefit the customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. We take pride in customer satisfaction and as a testament to that we have refunded Mrs. in the amount of $263.84. We hope she is satisfied with this credit and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
