There was a recall on my 300 Chrysler, the replacement was taken care on May 4th,. I asked service to not to do anything before contacting me. Didn'tThey went ahead and did a diagnostic check before contacting me. When they did, a salesperson contacted me stating the repair would be $450.84. I declined the repair, then she said you do have a bill for $95.20. I stated that I did not agree for him to do anything to the vehicle. I mentioned to the cashier I did not have the money to pay. She stated that I could apply for credit to pay the bill. I declined that also. After leaving the shop a message came on the dash board, saying ESD BAS. I told the supervisor working with me, he stated if you touch the spring that's what happened. He said it would stay on until I get the spring replaced. Later the message did go off, I stopped payment on the check because of them doing a diagnostic without my consent. I called the next day and asked the cashier to hold the check, she said she would check to see if they turned the check in. I told her to hold the check when it came back to the shop. I had a problem with them contacting me before, letting me know the replacement of the airbag was received. The next day calling me before the test was done and also that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I had to call on all occasions. I am very disappointed with their service. Desired SettlementI ask for a refund, because they fail to contact me before then mention that I can apply for credit to pay the bill.
