The resident from apartment [redacted] has not requested work orders for suchThere is an unauthorized occupant in apartment [redacted] that requested a new refrigeratorI explained to the unauthorized occupant that her mother, the authorized resident needed to turn work orders inThat we were not allowed to discuss information with herHowever, the maintenance technician physically inspected the refrigerator due to that being an emergencyThe maintenance technician had taken a replacement refrigerator to apartment **In return, the unauthorized occupant refused the maintenance technician entrance into apartment and the replacement refrigerator ? External repairs are being performed to apartment buildings due to weather/storms that occurredAnd there are no threats from electrical issues on this property that would promote a fire hazardThe authorized occupant of [redacted] came into the office, was given a detailed print out of all charges, payments and balance due and the requested telephone number from corporateDuring the same office visit, concerns and questions were addressed between the authorized resident and leasing consultant which ended with the statement from the authorized resident that she would add the unauthorized occupant and younger unauthorized occupants at time of renewal? ? ? I am rejecting this response because:
In the enclosed attachments are the documents showing the flexing monthly charges for rent that do not correspond with the amount stated in the contractAs well as the recipe for all payed rent that contradicts the owed amount and said late feesAs for additional charges all residents recive a statement for water and disposal, and such have not been presented to meAs for the unauthorized resident that *** claims was included in the initial credit application that was used to determine rental approvalAs I then ask for a copy of this document *** refused to provide me with such*** can provide you a copy of this document for verificationAny attempt done to replace the non working refrigerator would be more than appreciated but unfortunately management has made it more than apparent that that will not happen since the alegations of the replacement have not been done, un like *** has faulsly statedThis just seem to be a way for management to avoid taking ownership for the lack of action taken to resolve issues within the unitAs a paying resident I expect all basic appliances to be in working conditions, and if replacements need to be done they should be done in a considerable timely mannerMy request are more than reasonableAfter all that is what I am paying for in the unit ? Daily harassment from *** after I recived the response by the Revdex.com*** harassment include faulty? daily eviction notification, faulty pending balance, unauthorized and unrequited entry of the unit in my absence and can't be excused since (no maintenance of any kind within these entries in my absence) And as for ***s foul language, unprofessional, overbearing behavior, derogatory comments and overall poor service, have left me horrified over the lack of qualified individuals at the head of the property.?
