We purchased a new hot tub from Perfections Pools & Spas 7/16/to replace our year old hot tubWe were told by *** the salesman that an electrician would come out prior to the hot tub arriving to make sure the wiring was correctWhen the tub arrived *** said the wiring should be fine because we already had a hot tub in the same location When they delivered the hot tub 8/10/we were told the wiring isn't sufficient and we would need new wiring and breaker We were told that if my husband *** did most of the work it would decease the costAt no time were we given an estimate, in writing or verballyAn apprentice came out 8/11/and my husband crawled under the house to run the wire, provided the knock out tool for the breaker box because he didn't have oneOnce again we were told by the apprentice the cost would be minimal because my husband *** did most of the labor We have an electrician friend who we would have called if we had known we needed new w
I had a spa leakWhen the technician came out he said it was the skimmerI questioned that and said I don’t see the crackHe said I replace these all the time I’m sure that’s itHe replaced the skimmer and I filled the spa back upThe spa continued to leak and the water level dropped back down to the same level prior to the repairThe technician came back out and said he found another leakThis leak is only a few inches from the original repairI told him I am not paying to be here today to tell me that you didn’t fix the initial leakHe just brushed it off and came the a few days later to do the repairAfter everything was done I filled up the spa and noticed that the top of the new skimmer had two cracks in itI then received the bill of which I was charged labor for finding the leak the second timeI went into their shop and spoke *** on 11-2-I was told that there are no managers available to speak to meI emailed her pictures of the work done with the cracks i
