my dry hasn't been working for 3 weeks I called the company with no answers.Finally they come and took the dry and I haven't heard from them, no callI bought a washer and dryer front load [redacted] with cash. It took 2 weeks for them to deliver.The washer worked for a month and it stop working, which took 2 weeks with multiple visit, phone calls for them to come and try to fix it. The own exchanged my front load to a different washer without telling me, which wasn't what we talked about. when I tried to call back to talk to owner, I never got call back. Couple months later, the dry stop working. I have been calling the company, presenting myself to the place every other day to see if they can fix it, but all I ever got was promises of the days he will come, or that he will bring another dry for me.every week, we schedule a day and time, but I never received a call to cancel the appointment or a reason why they didn't show up. I asked a male friend to call them on my behalf and they were able to answer his call, after 3 weeks of constant trying to get in touch they come to look at my dryer. the Owner father stated that they will return my dryer the same day they took it because it wasn't lot to fix. however, I have never received a phone call from them. It has been two days they took my dryer and the phone is always busy and when I tried to go back to their office to check on my dryer, the secretary always tells me someone will get back with you soon. This is not a way to conduct a busness. I do have the recite from when I purchase the machine with them. The business provide guarantee to fix the product if bought from them or exchange to another one. So I don't understand why they are treating me this way? Desired SettlementI would like them to provide to quality they promise to their client, by either return my dryer fix or exchange. I would like them to also respect my time and compensate my gas for all the trips to their business. I would like for this not to happen to anyone else that purchase from them. We went out free of charge to check her dryer. On top of going out free of charge we replaced her dryer although her dryer wasn't under a warranty. Our warranty after purchase states that if there is a repair on our machine that we can't rectify we will replace the appliances with one of equal money value as to what they spent, we can't guarantee the exact appliance but we can guarantee monetary wise. This customer contacted you after we replaced the dryer free of charge with these complaints. We would like to have this complaint removed or fixed on your site.

Complaint[redacted], owner of business sold an appliance owned by me on consignment and refuses to pay me (the seller)In November, 2015[redacted] of Dixons appliances, accepted a side-by-side refridgerator from me for sale on consignment. In December, in a face to face meeting he admitted that he had sold the refridgerator. Since that time in telephone conversations and visits to his business he has repeatedly found excuses not to pay funds owed for the sale of the refridgerator.Desired SettlementI am requesting that [redacted] of Dixons appliances pay the $350.00 to me for the sale of the refridgerator

Dixon Used Appliances gave us a faulty washer and have received poor customer service. On 8/24/2015, we purchased a used washer ($150) from Dixon Used Appliances. We paid by check. We had scheduled the delivery date the next day. However, an emergency came up and the washer could not be delivered the next day. We called them and explained the situation (we had a very sick pet that needed to go to the vet). Therefore, we rescheduled the day for Wednesday (8/26) at 4 pm. Dixon Used Appliances did not show up with the washer nor did they call to let us know that they would not deliver. We called them on Thursday (8/27). Again, they did not deliver the washer or call. We called again on Thursday (8/27) where they promised they would deliver the washer around 4 pm. When 4:30 pm arrive, I called them again to make sure they were going to deliver the washer. They said that they were but they were behind. They did not deliver the washer until around 6 pm. After they dropped off the washer, we decided to test the washer. The washer doesn't go through the rinse and spin cycle. Since it was close to the weekend and we had other business to attend to, we waited until Monday (8/31) to notify them. We called on Monday, and they said they would have someone on Tuesday (after 3 pm) to look at the washer. Again, they did not show up. On Wednesday (8/2), my partner actually visited the store that morning, hoping that actually going to the store would motivate them to look at the washer. They said that they would have someone come and look at the washer that day after 3 pm. No one showed up. When stopping by the store, my partner noticed several different phones in the lobby of the store. We called every single one on Wednesday with no one answering. My partner and I have mixed work because of the many different dates we have waited for them to show up at the house. At this point, we would like a full refund of our money. /////Desired SettlementWe would like a full refund. /////
