Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:There was a contract in which it states that 1st payment be given to start work, then a 2nd payment which was given  to continue the job, and the 3rd and final payment when the work was completed. The work has not been completed, therefore I feel the $4000 should not be owed.  Master Leveling had inspectors come after we told them not come return.  The reason we decided not have them return is that it has taken too long to complete the job. in the moth of July workers came by for approximely 1 week.  When [redacted] would call and ask when they would be returning they replied, that they were  completeing other jobs and that more money was needed, which was not part of the contract.  This went on for several weeks.  The condition of the entry was know when the job was accepted and should not have taken 3 months to complete wotk that normally takes 3 weeks.  House was also elevated  incorrectly and has caused interroir and exteroir damage, and the dirt was left piled up to the floor which is not code compliance.I feel the job was done in a very unperfessional manner.  The owner also spoke to [redacted] and assured us that no more money was needed and that the work would be completed in a weeks time, and they did not return as promised.

Re: ID of [redacted] To Whom It May Concerti at My name [redacted], owner of MASTER HOUSE LEVELING, dba [redacted], Licence # [redacted]. this is in response to a complaint received with EBB. [redacted], hired [redacted] on May 25, 2015 to start the foundation located at [redacted]., San...

Antonio Texas '78210. [redacted] worked one week on [redacted] property (same location), At the end of the week [redacted] asked [redacted] for money to purchase materials to continue working and Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] that he didn't have money to continue the work. [redacted] stop the work. Mr [redacted] told [redacted] that he needed a contract so he could borrow money from the bank, Master House Leveling gave a proposed contract to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] called '[redacted] A couple of weeks later to tell him that he had the money to continue the work on his foundation, Mr, [redacted] gave [redacted] a Check on 6/12/2015 in the amount of $1000.00, payable to Master House Leveling. [redacted] continued working on his property for twelve more days and Mr [redacted] gave [redacted] another check for $1500,00 on 06/24/2015 payable to Master House Leveling. [redacted] continues to work on his foundation. Mr. [redacted] came to my property on 08/03/2015 to tell [redacted] that his wife wanted him to stop the work because it was taking to long. Mr [redacted], should have talk to owner of Master House Leveling which is me [redacted], if he wanted to stop the work and he didn't, he went to my worker [redacted] Rucal. I called Mr. [redacted] to ask him what was going on and to explain to me why he wanted to stop the work on his foundation. Mr, [redacted] said he was going to talk to his wife and get back with me. I called Mr. [redacted] back twice and he didn't return my calls. We went to his home and left a note at his door asking him to please contact me so we could discuss what was going on and T wanted to complete his job. Mr. [redacted] never called .me back. Mr. [redacted] still owes my company $4000.00. plus city permits fees and engineer reports and inspection. I unfortunately did not keep a copy of this contract given to Mr, [redacted] T. would like to get a copy of the contract from Mr. [redacted] that was given to him by Master House Leveling in order for him to get a loan to do this work on his property. The reason this job has taken some time is because the entrance underneath the house is very limited and not very much space and only has a very small entry to go under the house, The house has stone rocks all the way around and only one entry. Master House Leveling is a licensed contractor and .1 have done everything according to code, I have City Permits and Engineer Reports. 1 am in agreement to finish the work, followed up by my engineer, MASTER HOUSE LEVELING' [redacted]
