Do not go here if you want to be treated with courtesy. I wanted some air put in my tires, this is a full service station, but I got some gas first. I was told I would have to wait because they were too busy. Then when I saw someone available (the owner, Jerry D[redacted]) I asked again if he could put some air in my tires. He actually yelled, "I told you to wait, We're busy here.!" (In the meantime no one was around so I don't think they do such a great business. Wonder why.) I used to take my car there for service when I owned the car. Now I lease my cars so I take them to the dealership where I lease them for service. This guy, D[redacted], yells, "The only time I see you is when you want air in your tires!" Excuse me, I just paid you $10 bucks for gas and you have the gall to scream at me these insults. If anyone ever needs service, I recommend the [redacted] place right down the street from Dixon. Much better service and at least they will be polite.

I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota that started blowing blue smoke on startup. The big Toyotal dealer was too busy and already did not fix the problem and another big chain did not deal with this type of problem. Jerry D[redacted] was very pleasant to deal with. He suggested a simple cleaning procedure and did the job in a timely manner. I appreciated him not jumping to big expensive suggestions. The business is smalll but I believe qualified and respectable. There are always cars in the parking lot.
