Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Dixon's rate is significantly higher than the competition $per gallon is pretty much on par with the competition, as opposed to Dixon's $per gallon Dixon is offering me a price per gallon that I could have gotten from anybody else, at a time when I was not ready to purchase oil I am essentially paying market price per gallon for Dixon's mistake I would have purchased oil from another company if I needed it, not Dixon They also want to charge me $to pump it out I will accept a lower price per gallon and keep the oil as a compromise for their mistake, not full market price It seems unfair that a clerical error by Dixon is costing me full market price.Also, I never said that I had a buyer for my house Dixon is incorrect on that statement Regards, [redacted]
