We had been having a bad account problem with one guy , we had set up to go court, way in over our heads, we sign with Dixon and Dixon take care of all detailsMoney received n satisfaction for recovery

I contracted Dixon several years ago and paid some $ 600.00+ dollars to have them collect a group of accounts upon many of which I had obtained judgementPlacing these account with Dixon was the worst business decision that I have made in yearsI get no feedback, they do not respond to either telephone messages or fax requestsIn roughly years they have not collected a single dimeTheir tracing service is just as badPreviously I had handled collections by myself with far greater results

I can not say I am a "Customer" but this company is trying to act as third party to collect the money I do NOT owe, Agent Danielle Cis extremely rude, When I called her and left her a voice mail asking her NOT to call me on that specific day because I was attending a funeral, guess what she did, she picked up the phone and called me not once but twice, When she called me I tried to explain to her for the second time (Eventhough I didn`t really have to) and she had the nerve to hang up and call me AGAIN and hang up the phone on me, these people are very rude and the F rating speaks for it self

Horrible, Horrible business ethicsThey violate everything regarding Consumer AffairsMy son had a outstanding debt, when the agency called they would start off with " where is your irresponsible son"No hello, just thatThen they would ask questions like why is your son not working? When is he going to get a job?Refusing to accept a certain amount each monthRefusing to give managers nameCalling more then x's a day, using different numbersThreatening courtI have escalated it to Consumer AffairsI strongly advise anyone else that is experiencing the same to do like wise

Do NOT send Dixon Commercial money to collect your delinquent accounts for you They must have the worst customer service on earth Don't expect to see your money, or have telephone, fax, mail or email correspondence answered because it won't happen You may get them on the phone but they will not process your conversation, and you will be wasting your vocal chords ***

I started With Dixon Commercial Investigators a few weeks ago and have been surprised about how fast I starting getting money backI wanted to write this review because I understand that there are a few bad reviews out there as I almost didn't go with them because of that but I am glad that I did

I am from Australia but conduct sizable business in USA and Canada These guys have been great and very trust worthy and as one can imagine that would be important to a business that is not even in the same country let alone the same content

Dixon Commercial asked us to review them. There is not much to say about their service other then it is exactly what they say it is, they offer a guarantee to collect ten times you membership fee and that is what they do.

No customer service. Very rude. Bad communications.[redacted]
I have no idea how a business can operate like that? [redacted]
How can they have a A+ rating when 55% of the customers have a negative experience?

I am a former "Debtor" turned client. I am a single mother and work two jobs, When Dixon called me telling me I had a 1700 bill with my twins day care I needed to pay, I cried, I didn't know what to do I was "Freaking out" Sandra was the name of my collection agent instead of threating to sue me or ruin my future credit. She asked me about my income and expenses we were on the phone for almost an hour and together we developed a plan on how I could get this daycare bill paid off. Sandra called the daycare got them to stop the Interest and worked out a settlement and a low monthly payment plan. It only took me 5 months to get the bill paid and now I am using Dixon to get the child support payments [redacted]

Placing these account with Dixon was the worst business decision that I have made in 40 years. I get no feedback, they do not respond to either telephone messages or fax requests. In roughly 3 years they have not collected a single dime. Their tracing service is just as bad. Previously I had handled collections by myself with far greater results.

No customer service, once they sign you up, that is it. No returned correspondence by phone when we tried to get some information. We finally collected what was owed to us ourselves, but still had to pay them. Then they told us that we did not pay them enough due to unexplained charges and then they threatened us. [redacted]

I have used them for almost ten Years now and have always been very happy. I am surprised that anyone has anything bad to say about them.

We have used these guys for over 5 years they have done an amazing job collecting on the files we sent them. they even were able to collect on a file where the guy moved to China
