Complaint Information: There is nothing that physically adheres a beaded liner in the track of the poolIt is not uncommon for beaded liners to come out of the track and we return to put them in with a product called liner lockBefore that was available coins, popsicle sticks and wooden close pins were commonly used to to take up space in the track to help hold the liner in placeMany times this is not necessary so it is not automatically donePutting items in to fill in this space can bend out the track causing issues with future liner changes like what we are going through with this oneWater in the track freezing during the winter can also widen the track causing issuesEven though these conditions are beyond our control we always go back and find a way to get the liner inThe areas I have reinstalled have stayed inThe pennies were put in to help hold the previous liner in and the crew was asked to put them back inEach time I went out I used liner lock not pennies and *** was in the pool observing thisI am in the Bristol area most weeks if I get a call a day or two after I'm there I don't feel it's unreasonable to wait until the following week when I be back in the areaThere is no reason the pool can't be usedMany pools have beaded liners the have sections out that are left outThis is a new liner so we should be able to get the liner stay in and I feel we have made a good effort to do this and will continue toThis complaint is the first time *** mentioned take out the pennies which I told her I would be happy to do and liner lock the entire pool to see if that prevents the liner from coming out furtherWe also discussed another style liner that would go under the frame of the pool so the frame would clamp it to the wallThis requires a lot more labor than hanging it in the track but I am happy to do that no charge to resolve this matter

I am rejecting this response because:
REGARDING THE RESPONSE FROM PAUL T[redacted]. PAUL T[redacted] CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE ON 08-08-15HE INSTALLED SOME LINER LOCK. HE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AT THAT TIME. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD BE BACK TO FINISH INSTALLING LINER LOCK THRU THE WHOLE POOL. I NOTICE THAT THE LINER IS STILL COMING DOWN. WE DISCUSSED ANOTHER STYLE LINER THAT WOULD CLAMP IT TO THE WALL. IF INSTALLING LINER LOCK DOES NOT WORK WE HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. AS OF TODAY I HAVE LINER LOCK AND COINS FALLING INTO THE POOL. NOT SAFE. THANK YOU [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]
