Mr***'s prize has been shipped and will be delivered tomorrow*** tracking number is ***This was a prize he won, not something he purchased from our company, so the delay was due to the fulfillment center of the prize company and trying to keep up with the unusually large amount of redemptions they have received

I was told it would be 2 weeks. They have not contacted me since the end of May. No emails letting me know it's being processed, no phone calls. I would be satisfied if they gave me an exact date of when it will be here. They collected $80 from our 4some for a nearly impossible shot which I made. Now that I won I don't here from them. Possibly hoping I was the type to forget. I'm not. My job is Social Media. It was my decision to contact the Revdex.com instead of blasting them all over the web to give them a chance to correct the issue.

You responded back and I emailed it to the fulfillment center. Prizes can take up a a month to be fulfilled and sent...

This includes headlining text, fine print and instructions. In addition, all correlating web-sites appear to be operating appropriately. We do apologize for any miscommunication that may of took place on the course regarding certificates and will follow-up with our representative to ensure they are well abreast. The company will continue to explore new business & community partners to bring exciting rewards to charitable golfers.
