Prior to this time the property was viewed by another prospective tenant and was subsequently leased. In an effort to minimize inconvenience, ** *** and all other prospects booked to view the property after this time were notified as soon as possible that the property had been leased and that no further showings would take place

The increase is over 19% and the late fee is over 30%, bothe are extremely over average market value

Flooding complaint was received and plumber was sent out within hours Another complaint came in on September 12, plumber was dispatched and cleared line and advised tenants that it was due to baby wipes
improperly being flushedOn September 16, an alternative vendor came in to check out the issue and confirmed there are no structural issues with the drain and issues were likely related to tenant flushing improper objects down the toilet
