Dixon's Concrete Designs

Review: It is regarding concrete work that was done last year by Dixon's Concrete Design in Cottonwoood, Ca.

After the concrete was colored and stamped, we paid for sealant to protect it. The owner, [redacted], did most of the sealant on a rainy day.

I assume this is why it flaked off and failed to protect the color design. We called him right away, and after a couple of attempts and messages,

we finally reached him and he stated that he would be out to re-seal in a couple of weeks when the weather was surely clear.

We never heard from him again despite at least 20 attempts to contact him. He does not answer his phone or return repeated messages.

By now the color has markedly faded, ruining the design that was paid for. If he would have come out and resealed as promised, it would have been protected

from immediate damage. We now are attempting to reseal ourselves, but most of the color damage cannot be corrected.Desired Settlement: Now we are seeking a refund of a significant portion of the payment (there were two-totaling over $11000) to cover the damage and

time and material to seal it ourselves. We are also attempting to file a complaint with the Contractors license board.
